For DKU undergraduate students, a semester at Duke (known as the DKU@Duke program) will provide the opportunity to experience student life on Duke’s beautiful campus in Durham or at the Duke Marine Lab in Beaufort, North Carolina. During the program, DKU undergraduate students can choose from thousands of Duke courses and engage with Duke faculty and students both in and outside the classroom. They have opportunities to join student groups, programs, research projects, and activities along with Duke peers and with other DKU@Duke students. Studying at Duke allows DKU undergraduates to get truly immersed in the Duke community and to become an integral part of it during their DKU academic journey and beyond.

DKU undergraduate students planning a semester at Duke should contact the Office of Global Education at DKU during their sophomore year. We strongly encourage all visiting students to attend DKU study abroad information sessions and DKU@Duke-specific program sessions before applying. Students enrolled in the program will also attend virtual and in-person orientation.
