Director of Enrollment Services
In her current role, Jennifer Bailey provides a range of admissions, outreach, systems support, and operational services for the DKU undergraduate program. Previously, Jennifer worked on marketing and recruitment efforts for the graduate programs and the undergraduate study abroad program at DKU. Prior to enrollment, she was a Program Manager in the Office of DKU Programs and served as a liaison with colleagues from Duke, DKU, Wuhan University and the city of Kunshan to ensure effective and efficient operations for the first phase of the DKU initiative. Prior to joining Duke in April 2011, she worked in global information management at Nike, Inc. where she gained project management and process improvement expertise. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Business degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, where she spent her sophomore year studying in Rome, Italy. Jennifer is also a graduate of the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program at Duke University. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and traveling.
